Temperature

This value decreases when you are in cold environments, usually on land or in certain special locations underwater.
When underwater, in a mobile base, or near heat-generating plants, your character will be warmed and their temperature will stabilize. However, near heat sources, your character can overheat, leading to a decrease in health.
If you let the temperature drop to 0, the character will freeze for a few seconds and die if their body temperature doesn’t rise.
How to eating and drinking?
In Subnautica: Below Zero, there isn’t just one type of nutrition like in other games of the same genre, but two: food and water. Food and water levels decrease slowly over time. If either reaches zero, your character’s health will decrease. Neither level increases automatically; you can only replenish them by catching aquatic creatures and processing them at your mobile base.
Most types of creatures can be processed into food, while a few can be processed into water. Consuming food items increases the food stat and slightly increases the water stat. Conversely, water items only increase the water stat.
