The overview information is clear
In the first window of Castro Premium, the application displays all the hardware information about the phone. The information displayed includes:
- CPU Frequency: Displayed as a horizontal bar graph. Castro Premium shows the individual frequency of each core integrated into your CPU. For example, if your phone’s CPU has 8 cores, Castro Premium will use 8 corresponding graphs to display the frequency. The unit used is MHz.
- Battery: Castro Premium displays battery capacity, battery temperature, and charging status. Additionally, battery capacity information is accompanied by a pie chart for a more intuitive view. For battery temperature, Castro Premium uses degrees Celsius.
- Network: Castro Premium monitors and displays information on the amount of data sent and received. The unit used is Bytes/second.
- RAM: Castro Premium displays the amount of RAM used relative to the total maximum RAM capacity. This section uses a horizontal bar graph and also shows the percentage of RAM used.
- Internal Memory: The display format is similar to RAM.
Please note that, regarding storage capacity specifications, since Castro Premium has converted the storage unit to binary, you may find that the actual capacity is slightly less than what is listed on the phone’s documentation or packaging.
Touchscreen test feature
This is a very useful feature in Castro Premium’s tool window. When using this feature, Castro Premium will prepare the entire touch-sensitive area of the screen for you. You can touch any location on the screen to check if the phone responds at that location. If the touch area works normally, the application will display a visual dot at that location. If no visual dot is displayed, the touch area you touched may have a problem. Additionally, Castro Premium can list the number of touch points, helping you track the screen’s responsiveness without having to look at the location of each touch point.
