FootLOL MOD APK is a fun football game for mobile devices. The game was developed by Herocraft. And being a Herocraft product, this is certainly not an ordinary football game.
In the early moments of FootLOL, everything in the game seems very normal. The game has a football field, 14 players divided equally between each team, your home field and goal on the left. Surrounding the field are stands filled with many fans cheering for both teams.
You can’t directly control any of the players on the field; 14 players will act on their own initiative, much like a sports management simulator. However, once the ball starts rolling, and FootLOL introduces you to the skill system, football in the game will no longer be the sport you know.
The first level gives you a skill called “mine placement.” You can place mines by tapping anywhere on the field. If you place a mine near a player, it will explode and knock up all nearby players. If no player has touched it, the mine will remain in place.
Of course, the mine you plant won’t discriminate between home and away players; it will explode upon contact. Goalkeepers are no exception; you can use the mine to blow away the opposing goalkeeper, creating an empty goal for your team to score. Don’t worry, no players will be harmed during the match! After being hit by the mine and thrown into the air, they will be momentarily stunned and return to play immediately.
Expand your skills
Explosive mines aren’t the only skill in FootLOL. The game has a total of 24 different skills for you to use freely. Skills can be unlocked gradually after you win levels. FootLOL doesn’t just have offensive skills; the game also has defensive and support skills, allowing you to build more strategies in each match, not just simply blowing up your opponent. Note that not only you, but your opponent can also use skills. Therefore, a match in FootLOL will be incredibly chaotic.
As you progress, the skills in FootLOL become increasingly insane. You’ll get a skill called Clone, which duplicates a ball on the field, turning one ball into multiple balls, each one scoring a goal. Not crazy enough? Try the Airstrike skill and summon planes to drop bombs all over the field. Do you have a cow in your FootLOL avatar? That’s the Cows skill, which unleashes a herd of cows to gore all the players.
The main content in FootLOL is the Championship mode. This mode has a typical level-clearing design. Every time you win a level, the game unlocks another level for you to continue playing. Conversely, if you fail the current level, no new levels will be unlocked. Certain levels also serve as milestones to unlock new game modes, new skills, and some additional content.
The objectives for winning in FootLOL levels can sometimes be quite tricky. Normal levels only require you to win to advance. However, some levels require you to win by a specific score. For example, if a level requires a 3-1 victory, after scoring 3 goals, your target to detonate will be your own team’s player, not the opposing team’s. Therefore, in FootLOL, to achieve the objective, you need to do everything you can.
The currency system in FootLOL has two types of units: stars and money. Stars are rewards that directly assess your performance in completed matches. Each match will give you at least 1 star and a maximum of 3 stars, based on your performance in that match. Stars allow you to buy cosmetic items to customize your players’ appearance, such as hats, jerseys, eyes, noses, or team flags. These items do not affect gameplay.
The remaining currency is money. Money is a reward for completing levels, added based on performance and profit percentage (you can upgrade this element). Money allows you to directly upgrade and expand gameplay enhancement features. FootLOL has 6 types of enhancement upgrades as follows:
- Skill Slot: Allows you to carry more skills. At maximum upgrade, you can carry up to 7 different skills into the match.
- More Skills: Increases the usage limit of all skills you can use in the match.
- More Income: Increases the amount of money you receive after winning a level.
- Skill Point: Increases the number of skill points you can use. Skill points increase the number of skill selections you can place in the skill slot. For example, if you have 2 skill points, you can only carry 2 skills or carry 1 skill with double the amount.
- Player Speed: Increases the running speed of your team’s players.
- Player Accuracy: Increases the accuracy of your team’s players’ handling.
