In the world of Last Asylum: Plague, human civilization is being brought to the brink of extinction by a strange disease. You are a doctor, wearing a bird-beak mask, a long black coat, and most importantly, invaluable medical knowledge. You travel from town to town, treating anyone infected with this terrible disease. Your outfit in Last Asylum: Plague is the attire of doctors from the Black Death pandemic of the 16th century, and the disease in the game is the bubonic plague.
However, in the fictional world of Last Asylum: Plague, the plague is far more terrifying. The disease spreads through rats, causing them to become aggressive and attack humans. People injured by rat bites, if left untreated, become zombies and continue to attack other living creatures.
The doctor arrives in a town devastated by a plague. The mayor allows the doctor to use a church as a makeshift infirmary to provide emergency treatment for the townspeople. Meanwhile, the mayor’s daughter, Celia, assists the doctor in recruiting able-bodied survivors to defend against the rats and zombies.
Thus, logistical security in the town was relatively assured. However, a large-scale attack by infected rats, including a giant mutated one, completely overwhelmed the town’s defenses. Celia was severely wounded and could not be treated with the available medicines in the town. How you fight
This is the most important aspect of Last Asylum: Plague. Your ultimate goal in the game is to build an army of powerful heroes and complete all the combat levels. The combat mechanism in Last Asylum: Plague is designed with a fairly simple auto-battle style.
In each level, you are given 5 positions to place your units, with 2 in the top row and 3 in the bottom row. Most units, both on the enemy and your side, will attack in order from closest to furthest. Therefore, you should place heroes with high survivability in the front row to protect your main hero in the back row.
Regarding the hero acquisition mechanism, you can obtain new heroes through the gacha system. Additionally, at certain times, heroes can also be recruited after treatment at the infirmary. Heroes in Last Asylum: Plague are divided into three tiers: SR, SSR, and UR. UR heroes are the strongest but are difficult to obtain and level up.
