She suffered psychological and emotional trauma from a young age, leading to negative emotions. All of this has created a dark and somewhat horrifying inner world.
As mental therapists, we explore Rosaline’s inner world. This is a challenging journey for anyone, given the dangers and horrors lurking within. From negative emotions and haunting memories, Rosaline has created monsters within her mind. What lies deep within her? Can we save this unfortunate woman? Gameplay
In Same Room Same Day: Premium, we embark on a first-person adventure. You control a special character with the ability to enter the mind of Rosaline – a psychotherapist. During this exploration, you may face numerous dangers, from traps to monsters – negative emotions and obsessions created by Rosaline. Fortunately, there are several weapons and tools that can help you overcome these perils. Be mindful and collect them when you have the chance.
Besides combat, Same Room Same Day: Premium also features quite a few interesting puzzles. This requires you to constantly move and explore every corner to find the answers. But don’t worry too much, the puzzles in the game are quite simple; sometimes just moving forward will lead you to the answer. Remember, this is a horror game, so be careful around corners or some dark areas.
The dark World
As mentioned above, we, as the mental therapist, enter Rosaline’s inner world. This is also the main map in the game Same Room Same Day: Premium. It’s unclear what Rosaline has gone through, but her inner world is extremely dark and terrifying. This place is quite vast and often has small, dusty fragments floating around. Perhaps this is a manifestation of her gradually crumbling mind.
Although vast, this world isn’t divided into regions with specific names. You can only vaguely perceive these regions through experience. Personally, I divide this world into three main regions:
- The starting area: Where we enter Rosaline’s mind.
- The area of fear: Where we encounter terrifying monsters representing her inner turmoil.
- The area containing memories: An area with hidden memories revealed through puzzles. Exploring them may lead you to a way to bring Rosaline back.

What would you do if you had to face monsters with only your fists? Surely no one wants that, right? Fortunately, although Rosa’s mind world is quite terrifying, there are still plenty of powerful weapons to help you overcome the challenges. Here are some of the weapons available in the game:
- Handgun: Equipment obtained in the early game. Although not high in damage, it’s quite versatile.
- Revolver: More powerful than handguns in terms of damage, suitable for eliminating enemies at close range.
- AK: A familiar weapon with high damage and a large magazine capacity, but it makes you move a little slower.
- Shotgun: Extremely powerful firepower against close-range targets – suitable for surrounded situations.
Please note that you can only shoot while walking, not while running. This is a feature, not a bug, and the developers have repeatedly clarified this in response to player reviews.
